Elephant Conservation

There are numerous ways to aid in elephant conservation in both Africa & Asia. You can assist in the following ways:

• Educating friends and family about the harmful practices of elephant rides
• Never buy products that are made of ivory
• Avoiding tourist traps like circuses and zoos
• Participating in conservation programs or donating to causes that support elephant conservation

If you are travelling to destinations that heavily promote elephant interaction, do your research! There are fantastic organisations that are making a difference to the lives of elephants and saving them from terrible conditions. Some even allow volunteers to assist with daily care of the elephants in a responsible way. Find a few below.
