If you love cats, this is the program for you! Venture to South Africa and take part in a volunteer program that works with wild cats, big and small. You’ll be an integral part of caring for and learning about various species of cats and other animals at the sanctuary. Here is your chance to see lions, meerkats, black back jackals, bat-eared foxes and more, up close!

Your first two days will be an orientation in Johannesburg before you’ll head to the farm. The farm is located on the border of the Northern Cape and Free State. This is also a sanctuary that takes cares of injured, abused or displaced animals. If they are unable to be rehabilitated to the point of release, they will spend their lives on the farm in good care.

Enjoy spending your days working towards a common goal, always being the rehabilitation and release of the various animals into the wild. The animals will then contribute to the repopulation of their species in the wild. This program does not support canned hunting, so you can rest assured the rehabilitated animals are not being released into these conditions.

Get ready for some hard work for a good cause, your presence on this program is needed and so very appreciated!
