Embark on a private trip to Espiritu Santo Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to stunning turquoise water, colourful fish, and resident sea lions.
You’ll start your journey early in the morning as you set out on a fun boat ride to a beautiful tropical paradise. Take in the incredible island scenery that is rich in plant and marine life.
Enjoy the experience of snorkelling alongside sea lions and watching the fish as they swim around you, then relaxing for lunch on a secluded beach. You’ll have ample time to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you and to ask the nature guide any questions you have about the region!
You will be picked up at your hotel early in the morning, and transported to the marina.
After boarding the boat, the guides will give you a small briefing about trip inside the Natural Protected Area as you head out into the Bay of La Paz.
After roughly 1.5 hours, you arrive at the sea lion colony for your first stop. You will have plenty of time to swim, snorkel and interact with the playful sea lions in the company of your guide as well as observe tropical fish and other wildlife. Beginner snorkelers are welcome but must be able to swim.
You'll then climb back on board the boat in search of a pristine beach where you will take in a scrumptious meal (please advise of special needs and dietary restrictions). On the beach, guides will lead an interactive chat about the natural history of the island, plants and mangroves. Test their knowledge!
Relax, swim or take in a hike before happy hour, where you will share your most memorable moments before starting the trip back to La Paz, arriving around 5 p.m.
*Price is for groups sized 1-5 people.
